OUR CLIENT: Our client is an Industry-leading residential builder who continues to grow in their success. This role is within their Knock down rebuild & Custom divis ion & seeking a passionate building coordinator to join their vibrant team. ABOUT THE ROLE: Reporting to the customer service manager, your duties include, but are not limited to: Provide high level customer service and communication Project manage knock down rebuild files, averaging $1.5 mil in value, from sales accept through to construction completion. Maintain and update customer file information including correspondence, contract variations and key event status. Present and interpret HIA Contracts to clients, with a sound understanding of Plans, Colour documentation and specifications. Drive and apply for Residential permits, such as Building Permits and town planning within allocated timeframes. Maintain and update Specification documents throughout the entire process. IDEAL CANDIDATE: To be successful in this role, you will utilise your previous experience managing custom, high end builds. Must have at least 1 years' as a KDR Building Coordinator for a residential builder in a similar role. Sound experience in Permits, inclusive of Protection works and R&C applications. Sound understanding of the residential build process from sales accept through to construction completion. Ability to understand and interpret HIA Contract documentation. Demonstrated ability to operate autonomously using initiative, sound reasoning, listening and decision-making skills.
